This class is appropriate for the beginner student as well as the seasoned yogi!
Service Description
This class is appropriate for the beginner student as well as the seasoned yogi. It will be taught at a slower pace allowing the body to feel the benefit of each pose. Modifications are are offered to encourage each student to practice at their own level.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
