Service Description
This is an indoor, flow style class that fuses breath with movement. We will build heat while moving through a variety of poses set to great music. After we sweat it out, class will end with a relaxing Savasana. This this class is an intermediate level class but participants are welcomed and encouraged to modify or expand on poses to meet their individual needs. Mats and props are provided.

Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
