Service Description
EMYoga® (or Energy Medicine Yoga) is an integrative practice that weaves together traditional yoga postures and Energy Medicine techniques to communicate with our bodies in their own language. By focusing on our bodies as living systems of energy, we are empowered to self-heal, thrive and flow in the life we are meant to live. Energy Flow is suitable for all levels of ability. Students can expect a slow, low-intensity, gentle class.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients with a membership who cancel less than 12 hours before the start of class will be charged a $5 fee. Clients with a membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class without prior cancellation will be charged a $10 administrative fee per class. Spaces are precious, so is the teacher's time. For cancellations less than 12 hours before class please contact Julie or Amy (860) 752-4645. A $5 fee will apply to cancellations in this time frame and will be charged to your card on file.
